These terms apply to tulani.com, a website published by LIVE TULANI, LLC ("Tulani," "we," "us"). They explain what this website is, what you can expect from it, and what we ask of you when you use it.

What these terms cover — and what they do not

This website is information about a service we are building. Tulani's service — health coaching, testing supplies, continuous glucose monitors, and our mobile application — is not yet available, and you cannot buy anything here.

These terms are not our service agreement. When Tulani launches, we will present the terms of your subscription to you before you buy, and those terms — not these — will govern the service.

This website also has a separate Privacy Notice explaining what information we collect, and a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

This website is not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information about Tulani and the service we are building. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor, nurse, dietitian, or other qualified health professional.

Using this website does not create a clinician–patient relationship between you and Tulani.

Always talk to your own health professional about your health, your medications, and any changes you are considering. Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here.

We do not recommend or endorse any specific test, treatment, product, physician, or opinion through this website.

Pricing and availability

The prices shown on this website are the pricing we expect to offer when Tulani becomes available. They may change before launch.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and no price shown here is guaranteed. Joining our waitlist does not reserve a price, a plan, or a place, and does not create any entitlement to the service.

Tulani is not yet available for purchase. When it launches, the terms of your subscription will be presented to you before you buy.

The information on this website

We put care into what we publish here, but this website is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, accurate, or current, and we may change or remove any of it at any time without notice.

Descriptions of the service — what it includes, how it works, when it will be available — describe what we are building. They may change as we build it.

What we ask of you

"Tulani" and the Tulani logo are trademarks of LIVE TULANI, LLC. Please do not use them without our written permission.

We are responsible for the things the law says we are responsible for, and we are not trying to change that.

What we do want to be clear about is this: because this website is information about a service that is not yet available, please do not make health, financial, or other decisions in reliance on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

Who this website is for

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 — see our Privacy Notice for more.

We will update these terms as Tulani changes, and particularly when our service launches. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Please check it when you visit.

These terms, and any dispute about this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
